Our priority is the well being and safety of our clients' families. We believe that this can only be achieved by obtaining a detailed understanding of each client's requirements and thoroughly screening all our candidates. At Eden Nannies & Maternity we thoroughly vet and check all our candidates, only registering those with a minimum of two years experience, a childcare qualification or both.

Each candidate registered with us has first been interviewed and assessed face to face by our consultants. All references are checked verbally before candidates are introduced to clients. Once this is done, we can match the candidate's suitability, skills, qualifications and experience to the specific requirements of the client.

• For your convenience, we can compile profiles and photos of suitable candidates, these can be E-mailed prior to arranging interviews. We can also organise police and health checks, if required.
• We will arrange all Nanny interviews at your convenience. These can be held in our London office or in a location of your own choice. We could also assist in making any travel arrangements for the Nanny to visit you in your own home. This also gives the Nanny the opportunity to meet the whole family and see where you live.

• We have a very thorough screening process i.e. verbally checking all candidate references before introducing them to our clients and verifying all Nanny qualifications. We only represent Nannies that have an extremely professional approach and are experienced.
• We would also suggest that you E-mail photos of your family and home. This would create a more personal touch, as we could then forward them on to the Nannies interested in your position. Local information would also be an advantage i.e. Size of town/village, location (city centre or rural), leisure facilities, etc.
• Nannies will be paid a NET salary, in your local currency. If you need to know the equivalent to the pound, please visit www.oanda.com/convert/classic.
• We would also advise you to provide return flights and medical insurance for your Nanny, so that she will be covered in case of illness or an accident. Sample contracts are also available on request.
• Eden Nannies & Maternity will give you support for the duration of the employment of your Nanny, should you encounter any problems.
